Our heritage range of ales based on recipes from the Lacons archive spanning over 250 years, crafted to be a modern expressions of some of the most iconic recipes. The range includes modern interpretations of recipes from 1906 to 1963 from pale ales to stouts and beyond.

All heritage ales are made with the finest hops from around the world, locally sourced malt and Lacons original yeasts which were put into storage at the National Collection of Yeast Cultures in 1959.

The palate of today's drinker has evolved greatly over time and these brews have been innovatively modernised to create an exciting and unique range of ales.
